Museum Sized, 22" Tall Plasma Globes With 15" Ball

Museums the world over have featured large Plasma Globes to explain the principals of electricity, meanwhile amazing visitors with their glowing spectacles of multi-colored lightning. These beautiful, ever-changing light sculptures can reach 36 inches in diameter and cost upwards of $25,000!

We realized that nothing like this was available for people to have in their homes, so we decided to have our factory design a large diameter Plasma Globe which approaches the size and visual impact of a museum ball. This globe is nearly twice the diameter of the largest consumer globes on market!

The globe is filled with rare gases, which react with electricity to form streams of colored plasma. The central electrode produces boiling red plasma which emanates outward in tendrils of red, pink and violet. By using the power control, you can change the effect from a subtle light dance to a full blown galactic sun-storm! Needless to say, the effects these globes produce are so bright that they are easily seen in daylight, and are spectacular in a slightly darkened room.

The Globe is powered by an included 12 volt Switching Power Supply, not your standard AC adaptor “wall-wart”. These power supplies are fully regulated, accepting input from 100-240 volts, and outputting constant stable 12 volts, to ensure that the Plasma Globe’s effects last for thousands of hours.
